BINNARI Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 25, 2026

Last updated: September 25, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how BINNARI ("BINNARI," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website, contact us through our inquiry form, or communicate with us.

Scope. This policy covers the BINNARI website and our communications with people who inquire about BINNARI (typically business owners and their staff).

When BINNARI helps a business customer ("Advertiser") promote its own products or services — for example, an Advertiser's ads, lead forms, and AI-assisted conversations with that Advertiser's prospective customers — the Advertiser decides why and how its prospects' information is used, and the Advertiser's own privacy notice applies to those prospects. BINNARI acts only as the Advertiser's service provider for that lead data and does not use it for BINNARI's own purposes. This Privacy Policy governs only information you give BINNARI directly (Section 2), not an Advertiser's end customers.

2. Information we collect

2.2 Information collected automatically

2.3 Information from AI-assisted conversations

If you ask to be contacted and we reply through an AI-assisted chat, email or text message, we tell you at the start that you are communicating with an AI assistant, not a person.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  1. Respond to your inquiry and follow up using the contact details you provided.
  2. Prepare the promotion direction or membership information you asked about.
  3. Send marketing emails, calls or text messages only if you opted in to that channel (see Section 6), and only in the ways your specific consent describes (see our SMS Terms and the exact consent wording shown at signup).
  4. Operate, secure and fix the website and our services.
  5. Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we add advertising pixels or our size and activities grow to where additional state-law rights apply, we will update this section and provide any required opt-out mechanism before doing so.

We also confirm, specific to text-message consent: we do not share, sell or rent SMS consent data with unaffiliated third parties.

5. How long we keep information

6. Your choices

7. Your privacy rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us (Section 10). We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

We continue to review which state privacy laws apply to BINNARI as our business grows. If you are a resident of California or another state and believe a specific law gives you additional rights, contact us and we will evaluate your request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

8. Children

The BINNARI website and services are intended for adults, including business owners and parents who manage programs such as youth sports or martial arts classes. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where an Advertiser's program serves children (for example, a children's martial arts class), our AI-assisted chat is directed only at the parent or guardian: the qualifying flow always asks first whether the person is a parent or guardian, and if not, does not continue to collect personal information and ends the conversation. We do not collect a child's age or birthdate as a standalone data point beyond what a parent volunteers in conversation, and we do not use characters, child-directed design, or tracking pixels on any children's-program page. If a lead states they are under 13, the AI ends the conversation immediately.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information in a way covered by Florida law, we will notify affected individuals within 30 days, and the Florida Attorney General within 30 days if more than 500 Florida residents are affected.
